Products And Pricing
All products listed on the Site, their descriptions, and their prices are each subject to change without pre advising. Alistair Christmas Shop reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any Product with or without notice, even after this has been purchased. You agree that Alistair Christmas Shop will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any Product. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or Product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Please note that all products are manually inputted and removed, this means that certain products might be out-of-stock but the system still lets you order. If you order an out-of-stock item our retail assistant will call you to check whether we can send something similar or remove from your order.
Orders
When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to our acceptance and availability of the product. Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify, decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason.
After you place an order our retail assistants will gather all products and call you for payment and notify if any products aren’t available. We will review and deliver your order within 2 weeks, any request to deliver before will be subjected to additional processing fees.
Cancellation of Order
The order can only be cancelled for free if our retail assistants haven’t started the order. If the order is almost ready for dispatched and you’d like to cancel a cancellation fee of €5.00 is applied.
Delivery Policy & Pricing
Your order may be delivered by our in-house drivers or third party couriers, the delivery feel or lack of does won’t change but we might have certain restrictions to check the delivery process.
The pricing of the delivery will be calculated at checkout.
Collection: Free of charge
Delivery to Malta: Free over €50 and €10.00 for orders under €50
Delivery to Gozo: €40 delivery fee
If your order is being delivered by us we will call you to see when is best to deliver, if the order is being delivered by third-party couriers we can’t confirm their delivery process as it changes from time to time.
Availability of Products
We continuously check and ensure that all the products on our website (www.alistairchristmasshop.com) are available, but due to manually removing items and low stock in our shop this may not always be possible. If you order a specific product which isn’t available our retail assistants will call you to offer a similar product or remove it
Promotions, Special Offers & Coupons
Please read the official rules that accompany each special offer, coupon, discount, contest and sweepstakes that we may offer or conduct. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order. Promotions are valid for a limited time only. Alistair Christmas Shop reserves the right to modify, cancel, deactivate or delete any or all promotions at any time, for any reason at our sole discretion.

In order to use certain features of the Site or Services, you must register for an account with Alistair Christmas Shop and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form. - Registration & Account Termination
We (alistiarchristmasshop.com) have the right to cancel your registration and account from our site for any reason, before your account/registration is cancelled we will send an email 12 hours prior to cancelation.

We always ensure that our website is in a functional order by updating our website as frequently as possible to ensure ease of access and security to all data stored on the website. We may change these Terms from time to time, and you will be informed regarding any change via email we still suggest to check the Terms before purchasing a Product as it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically on the Site, and if at any time you find these Terms unacceptable, you must immediately cancel your order. New Terms will only apply proactively to products or subscriptions purchased after the date we post the new Terms.

We reserve the right to modify the Site and/or Services at any time without notice. If you object to any changes to the Site or Services, your sole recourse will be to cease using the Site and Service. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Site and/or Services at any time without notice.
